Pathetic Service

This is really one of the worst Airlines in South Africa the service is pathetic, there is really no help from them I booked a ticket online tried checking in it didn't allow me to I was at the airport at 17:50pm on the 6th of November with my flight being at 6:35 pm the board said flight delayed to 18:55 when I get to the counter they refuse to check me in and had a major family crisis to attend to as well they told me I must go to ticket sales go them and they told me to go back to ticket sales I went back there they sent me somewhere else they helped a black guy just before me and allowed him to bord the same flight when I was speaking to someone they told me the flight has already left At 18:20pm they refuse to help me thereafter they tend to not give a **** and tell me it's not their problem I should come back tomorrow!
