Pathetic service

Flysafair has become the most unreliable airline with ground staff that are rude and arrogant, who think that they are doing customers a favour. Flysafair does not even have the courteousy to inform customers of delayed flights - I was on a 10:25 flight and got to the airport to drop off my bag and only then found out that the flight is delayed to 15:00 that afternoon. They take customers for granted and let's see how long they stay in business.
