Pathetic inconsistent service

<p>I booked flight FA 310 from CPt to Lanseria departing at 05h50, arrived at check-in at 05h13, I was advised that I was late and had to book another ticket.</p> <p> </p> <p>My frustration is not your 40 minutes check-in rule but be inconsistency from your side, if that's the rule then let it be at all times, now I've missed the flight and my crucial meeting for the day. </p>
