Pathetic Flysaflair, flight FA415, 11 September 2023 @ 13h:15. King Shaka to OR Tambo

This a pathetic company with an inhumane behavior. I was on a flight from Kinga Shaka International to OR Tambo, Gauteng (Flight FA 415). Flight got delayed (supposed to depart @ 13h:15) for over an hour because of the mechanical problem. I was supposed to connect to Kimberley at 16h:15. I asked the crew while we were still stuck in a flight at King Shaka of the company policy Incase I miss the connecting one, Indian lady said they will escort me to my other flight of which it never happened. When I was disembarking, I asked, what then and she told me to go to ticket sales. Ticket sales, referred me to their coloured supervisor who kept on referring to the company policy. My argument is, I missed my last connecting flight to Kimberley, I had look for my own book my own accommodation and rebook the flight to Kimberley for the following day. On the day I ended up paying over R3000.00. Flysaflair is absolving it self because of the stupid inhumane policy. I can never in the near future use this flight. It is really pathetic.
