Pathetic Flysafair

I flew from George to Jhb this morning at 10h00. My bag was checked in at 7h00. Arived in Jhb - no bag. I report it at Lost Bagage counter at Jhb airport and contact call centre 3 times today. No one can tell me where the bag is. There mission statement states - hassle free service. Dont get fooled by it. The staff is either not trained or not interested in finding the bag. Dont fly with this pathetic airline if you have more that hand luggage.
