Pathetic

I'm so frustrated with FlySafair. After paying more than R3k for a flight I'm not able to check in online so I must just sit wherever.

This is pathetic. When I'm on the line to ask for assistance I'm waiting for more than 40mins without any help. I gave my number to them two times already and they haven't called me back as promised. I'm disgusted with this people want to shout and scram of frustration!!!!!!!!
