Pathetic

Always pains me having to give negative ratings, but what can we do when poor service in a culture in this company.

They loaded 3 of 6 bags from OR Tambo to Bram Fischer airport. Went to the reception to establish what is going on, there is no one there. Apparently, everyone went to the flight. What the hack is a receptionist doing in the flight? Who must assist customers? We waited from 09:30, and still waiting. These are the reasons why they will never get any close to a mere “good” service. They think assisting a customer is a favour. Pathetic!

I wish we can have more options in South Africa because lack of competition makes these ones be comfortable with a substandard service.
