Pathetic customer service etiquette from ground staff

Had the most ********** customer service from Nombuso (I think that’s how you spell her name) at the boarding today for flight FA268- 28 August. Boarding was slightly delayed but she found the need to be arrogant and rude to passengers. Lack of customer etiquette from ground staff, while the staff on board do their best. As pax disembark the cabin crew say” you understand we had a choice of other airlines to use” keep that in mind and get your ground staff in check
