Pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service from flysafair.. I have been trying to book with them and get the 30% off promotion and its not working.. I have been communicating with them on what'sapp and Facebook since 1pm today and they are giving me excuses and telling me to do things in which I'm doing and it still doesn't work... I have asked for a manager and I'm told they can't contact me right away..pathetic damn pathetic
