Pathetic customer service

I traveled from Cape Town International airport to Lanseria on Saturday morning. The lady that helped us check-in our luggage was less than friendly and had a very abrupt demeanor. I am very dissatisfied with my entire experience with this carrier, as I feel if you are in the service industry then you should take pride in your work and a smile goes a long way.
