Pathetic customer service

Most pathetic excuse for an airline. My bags arrived safe and sound undamaged from dubai one flight from JNB TO DUR and bag is destroyed. Paid for priority boarding just to be left on the aero Bridge with no aircon while the previous pax are disembarking, plane was filthly, I saw baggage workers throwing luggage and flysafair response is just they don't care and won't assist with lodging a complaint. Do not use their services.
