Pathetic beyond measure

I had booked a flight from Durban to Jhb for my son as he is writing final exams. Safair had confirmed the booking via mail proof of which i have. I also have proof of the payment going through. Upon arrival to king shaka airport in durban and like half n hour before the flight takes off i was told that they have no record of the booking. What's worst is that even though it was a fault from their side they refused to assist me at all. I have a recording of the convo between the manageress om duty for safair and myself. They have spoilt our holiday costed us both time and money and now left us with a big issue to resolve when we get back home regarding the exams that my son had missed.
