pathetic and ****** staff

Our flight was to depart 17:25 and we tried to check in at 16:45 but said that the flight already closed and we got chased to to the ticket counter and said we can buy new tickets at R1930!! When we tried to reason with them about the check in they just dont care. First we tried self check in, which didnt work, then we couldnt easily find the check in counters as therea bery little signage available and had to ask around. And then we got refused to check in. At the sales counter the woman named ellen was very rude and ******. She refused to listen to reason and said **** you hou need to speak my language and called my mother white trash. No manager or supervisor on duty, they onlt work weekdays.<br> We went to buy tickets at mango as this wont ever happen there. Same with another passanger who was 1 min late. They will pick a fight with you for 10min instead of helping you get onto the flight with ample time left to get onto the flight.<br> They are chasing ticket sales to proove popular, bit i wont ever fly with them and will advise all i know to avoid these rude racisit pathetic service airline. Cheap tickets. Cheap service!!!
