Pathetic.

Will never use this airline again!!! Staff are indifferent. We had a flight booked originally at 17:30, we missed the staff calling out the flight number because we were too far down the cue...me and 2 other seperate people. We were 15/10mins late from checking in because we stood in the cue.

After complaining and struggling, The manager at the ticket department booked us on another flight at 21:10. After 3 delays, the plane is allegedly boarding now at 23:35......they have very little to say about the inconvenience of nearly sitting 7hours on an airport.
