Overhead storage

I have never had a bad flight but something has to be done about ppl using incorrect overheard storage. It's very unfair to passengers who abide by the rules. I hate when they take away my bag cos I dnt lock it and things will get ******. Air hostesses need to stand and watch ppl who use the incorrect storage.
