overcharged

Last week I caught a flight from Jhb to Cape town. On the flight I ordered one black label and one chicken sandwich. I was charged R70, I paid by credit card, once I saw it went through I handed it back to the flight attendant. He advised that it hadnt gone through I advised it had, so he charged me again. I see R70 went off twice! I whatsapp as well as emailed, ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Really suspicious as most people wouldnt bother, I now have gone to my bank and asked for them to take my R70 back. (only one) Absolutely disgraceful plenty people can make a mistake but the fact is their customer service cant event be bothered to respond over a week later is disgraceful
