over charged

<p>i travelled with my sister from jhb to cpt when checking in ,my sister was told cant go in with two hand bags she had to checkin other hand bag infacct a toiletry bag of less than 7kg she was charged R250 . </p> <p>we could ague beacuse we were not given chance and my sister could stand for long time because she wass in crutches. </p> <p> </p> <p>im scared to travel with saflyfair ever since this painfull incident of being overcharged</p>
