I wish to really commend the Captain and staff on Flight FA265 From Durban to JHB yesterday. Upon arriving in JHB we experienced some serious turbulence and got a bit of a freight especially since it was our first time flying with our toddler. The Captain/s handled himself well and we thank God for him.
