OR Tambo FlySafair services are disgraceful

My husband and I have been flying for years, we have never once had any issues with Emirates, this time we had a connecting flight from OR Tambo with FlySafair and it was a total nightmare.

Our luggage had not arrived and so we went to speak to the FlySafair agents regarding what options we had, should we get late for our flight, the staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful. They sent us from counter to counter saying different people should help, no one from SaFair took initiative to assist.

They wasted so much time and eventually the staff suggested we fly without our luggage. They told us there's nothing else that they can do. This was the worst service we have ever experienced.

We had to stay in JHB and book the exact same flight the next day to arrive in Durban. They did not offer to comp our flight or even try to assist in any way. This time we booked our flight with Lanseria. The staff at Lanseria were kind and helpful. OR Tambo staff could learn a thing or two from them.

Extremely disappointed with the services we received at OR Tambo.
