OR TAMBO DOMESTIC CHECK IN CONSULTANT

I dropped my daughter off at departures at 12.56 for her flight at 13.40 from JHB to CT. I was called by my daughter saying don't leave as she had missed her flight. She arrived back to the car saying the lady at checkin said flight finalised and she needed to book another ticket.....no explanation (just sort it out yourself) I called the Flysafair call centre and advised that I would need to pay a penalty and extra admin fee to get my daughter on the next flight,(also sort this out yourself attitude) I explained the experience and Fortune rep**** if she was 5 minutes late (after 40 min) grace my daughter will need to go back into the airport and go to check in and pay for the new ticket... service received is a "not here to help attitude"
