Online Checking - FlySafair is becoming Department of Home Affairs

Checking in online has never beared surprising , humiliation and making one feel uses......

Coming from CPT to Lanseria Airport on flight FA304 ,

I checked online and got electronic tickets and that was perfect. Little did I know that my cellphone was going to die out of the battery.

Once released that I will not be able to go thru I, suggest to myself to get a paper ticket so that I can continue to onboard.

I met up with a horrible Nandi (who refused to give out her surname time 19:28, on the reprint)who made my experience of my request(to reprint) a nightmare. She humiliated me in front of people and suggested that I should make sure that my phone is charged, she also was not focused on the reprint as she printed the wrong things and gave me the wrong ID card.

She then further told me not to use the airlines and charge my phone as she does not work to print ticket.

I was made to feel useless and I became a laughingstock throughout my boarding.

I hope she gets reprimanded and take to school to understand customer service
