online checking

<p>I have a complaint regarding flySafair. On the important info regarding check in there is no disclaimer that stipulate that check in is 4 hours in advance . I missed my flight as I tried to check in an hour before the gates where still open when I arrived at the airport but was told that checking passed. Their call centre operating hours are ridiculous from 7am really after the first flight has left, what kind of tuck shop low class circus are you running. It's best to go with saa as they are reliable. I've forfeited my money but what pains me is not being able to go bury my grandfather. Shame on you for this.... changing a ticket costs more than getting a new ticket how stupid is that.... hmmmm really heart broken and disappointed in this....never and never again was the first and last time. </p>
