Online booking site not working

Very displeased with the FlySafair online booking system. Struggled 3 days to try book online over and over again, an Error kept popping up and a Notification stating "There was a problem making this booking, please refresh the page or start over. I started over and refreshed more thean i could count, making changes on the dates, chosing other selection to see if it made any difference, i even used mobile data, then wifi, then my business laptop, but nothing worked. Couldn't get any assit telephonically as needing help will cost you extra according to the voice recording on the help line. Tried to get assistance on Whatsapp, they allocated an agent to my whatsapp but after typing my issue, got no response. After 3 days of struggleing, i ended up booking through Travelstart and the ticket ended up costing me more and i still had to somehow get a hold of FlySafair to add assitance and select a seating area. Somehow, after days, someone answeres on the special assist directed call on th help line. Not to mention the few emails i also sent and no one responded. Very upset because i am paying more due to a faulty online service, and was forced to book through another agency. I have never struggled this much ever toake and pay an online air ticket. Useless.
