Not so reliable anymore

On my flight Friday 30 June 2023 ( Flight FA101 ) I received my luggage and noticed that it was opened. Both the cable ties I used were removed.

I briefly checked my bag but only realised at home that my K-way puffer jacket was gone . The value of the jacket is R 1700. I do expect this to be investigated and reimbur*****t of the jacket.

This is the 2nd time that this has happened in a short period of time that I was using SAFair.

This is very damaging to the image of Safair and unacceptable.

I was then contacted by Suhail Shaik who forwarded me a claim form and asked to return these to him. This was the 5th July. Despite submitting the forms I had till date no answer despite several follow-ups.

So where is Kirby Gordon when this is happening. Clearly Flysafair is now to big to care ??
