Not so on-time

Dear Mr. Conradie,

Since you value your feedback...

I recently took a flight from George to Johannesburg (Safair Flight 221). The flight was delayed by nearly 5hrs & customers were issued with an R80 meal voucher - could you be more insulting?

I then read an article in your "in flight" magazine whereby you, Mr. Elmar Conradie, are quoted saying that you have been declared the most on-time airline in the world. I would really like to know whether the foundations of this statement are accurate & how this is awarded? I took 39 flights in 2017 & have never waited 7hrs (having arrived early), in any country, ever!

Surely you must be kidding?

Perhaps it would be a good idea to retract that comment in your next publication.
