Not on time, not cheap, terrible service

I was notified an hour before my departure that my flight has been delayed by more than 2hour, when I tried to claim for a full refund as I paid for the of 100% refund, I was sent from one call centre to another and no refund. They claim they are an on time airline is SA a very misleading representation, they say they are the cheapest another false claim. They exorts money from customers, I paid for insurance which I can’t claim, my seat is now available for someone to use as i had to book another flight with a different airline
