Not happy, actually m dissapointed

I cancelled my flight because one of my family member that I was suppose to go with was sick. So flysafair gave me voucher, I don't know why voucher cos I don't think I will go to Capetown again cos my partner is still sick and the voucher expire next year. I want money not voucher. I can't do anything with their voucher. I need my money not voucher. I'm hurt cos I explained the reason for cancelation. They are not good cos I tried to speak to one of their consultant he didn't help me. I need my money I wanna help my partner with it
