Not even a tea bag?

R2000 ticket but NO COFFEE OR TEA OR WATER without paying an arm and a leg. This is outrageous. What’s even more outrageous is R45 for NikNaks and small kiddies 150ml juice box. Come now - surely you can give some hot water and a tea bag to your passengers. Even your flight attendant agrees with me. She had to ask me to complain - because she said she’s rooting for the customers and they don’t seem to win!
