Not accomodative and putrid assistance

Putrid experience ! I was 5 minutes late for check in and they refused to let me through even though they hadnt even started boarded yet. I had no luggage to check in. They just had to check me in and let me pass.

I then had to book the next flight which is 5 hours later, costing me more money....

I am extremely disappointed and aggrieved.
