Non-Payment of my refund.

I had to cancel flights for April 2020 and was convinced to take vouchers. When it became apparent that we would not be flying anytime soon, I asked for a refund. It was stated I would only get 50% and it would take 10 weeks for payment. It has been longer than 10 weeks and I am still waiting for my money. I cannot understand!!!!!
