Nomfuneko Mtshutshwane from SAFAIR -Rude and ***********. Cost me money and time.

On 17 August 2019 I was at the airport 2 hours before my flight (which I had booked and paid for a month in advance). A week prior to my flight my car was broken into and all my forms of identification ******. I relayed all this info to the lady at Boarding and informed her I have an affidavit from the police station as well as a certified copy of my driver's licence on my phone. She rudely asked me to step aside while she proceeded to help other passengers board. When she was done she turned to me with an attitude and asked to see the copy of my licence on phone. After scrutinising it like she is some kind of CSI she rudely told me she will not accept a soft copy and that I must go out the boarding gates again to go find a Barksole downstairs at the Cape Town Airport and print a hard copy. She then looked at her watch and told me the flight was closing in 7min time. I had hand luggage with me and had to sprint like a headless chicken to go find this Barksole. To cut a long story short I got back to her at 08:27. Exactly 2min after the flight had closed. She looked me in the eye and told me there's nothing she could do! Are you kidding me! After SHE was the one who sent me downstairs, she couldn't tell the cabin supervisor that there was a passenger who had gone through the processes and gone to make a copy of her licence! Firstly, you will appreciate that it was of no doing of mine that my car was broken into and my passport, ID, licence were ******. Secondly, I had an affidavit to prove that, thirdly she wasted my precious time when she told me to stand aside while she proceeded to help the rest of the people behind me in the boarding queue, when she eventually remembered I was there she told me she could not accept the soft copy on my phone. I feel like had she told me right there and then initially I would have had ample time to find this Barksole, came back through the boarding gates again and would have been in time to board the flight. 2MIN! 2MIN was the time she couldn't buy for me for me to board my 08:35 flight to Jhb. As a SAFAIR frequent flyer I feel very undervalued and mistreated by the airline and its representatives. What is worse is that she gave me such attitude when I asked to speak to her Supervisor. I missed an important event that Saturday morning in Jhb because someone decided it's okay to push me aside while she helped other people. Nobody wakes up on Saturday morning to just decide to fly for mahala to Jhb, I obviously had long standing commitments I was attending to. But because of one NOMFUNEKO MTSHUTSWANE I missed those commitments. When I went to complain to the "supervisor" afterwards, I was told that mine was the second complaint in 2 weeks about her and her incompetence and blase attitude when a passenger has been inconvenienced by her. If this is the kind of staff you want to face customers then I question the hiring criteria of SAFAIR. She is *********** and ill-equipped to be in client services. She cost me precious time, an opportunity and money. And for this I would like some action.
