Shame FlySafair you can boast about your timetables but if you cannot offer a service to your customers you have nothing. Friend of mine is paying almost the price of a ticket to Mauritius to take the 20kg luggage option on booking LFK7U9 so that he could take his golf clubs. He is then warned by others that Safair are snakes because they do not make it clear on their website that sporting equipment does not count as part of the 20kg luggage deal so he phones in to the call centre only to be told that it happens all the time and there is nothing they will or can do. He needs to pay in an extra R1000-00 for two people just to carry golf clubs onto an aeroplane even though they not taking the 20kg luggage. In this day and age the website or customer service cannot untick a box for a flight taking place in a month. I suppose when .you one of only two airlines flying during that time, GREED can make you do funny things. Thankfully I on the other hand do have the freedom of choice and with the 80 - 100 or so trips a year I make you can be rest assured none of them will be with FlySafair.
