NO WHEELCHAIR FOR 88 YEAR old Cardiac Patient

If it was the possible to rate Safair zero that’s what i would give them! My 88 year old father in law was made to walk because the staff failed to arrange a wheelchair from OR Tambo that WAS BOOKED online with his ticket! Ground Staff assured us that the wheelchair would be arranged on arrival at King Shaka this was not the case! He has a cardiac condition and could barely breath when he was eventually collected by family members! Absolutely PATHETIC, DISGUSTING SERVICE! Would the CEO of Safair do this to his parents? NEVER EVER WILL WE TRUST THIS AIRLINE AGAIN
