No to SAFAIR - YOUR SALES SHOULD MATCH YOUR SERVICE .... there is no awevice!!!!

We booked well in advance.... on 16 December 2020 I woke up with a message that they canceled my gusbands tickets.... we went into panick and booked with another airline.... later we found out you only get a voucher valid for 6moths or you forfeit 45%???? Hoq do you hold your clients liable if YOU ARE THE ONE TO CANcEL???
