no service

I have been trying all morning to book flights. I cannot even get on the page, now I have lost the opportunity to go for a holiday, I expect someone to phone me immediately so they can assist me in making a booking and only charging me R 1 per ticket before all tickets are sold out. the website has been down from the morning,
