No response from SafAir

I booked a ticket with SafAir from CT-JHB, and then changed the return ticket to a day later. Two problems:<br> 1. The amount for the return ticket was deducted twice<br> 2. No confirmation of changed booking received (although the 'changing fee' was charged)<br> <br> I have contacted SafAir via phone and email, approximately 7 times now. My flight is on Thursday 11 Feb 2016, according to the flight confirmation the return ticket is stil on the wrong date, and no refund was made.
