No Responce to Damaged Luggage!

On returning home from Johannesburg Port Elizabeth, Flight FA2304 on 20 July 2015, I found my luggage damaged. This matter was reported to Port Elizabeth Airport immediately and they have yet to get back to me regarding the replacement of my damaged luggage, then I reported the issue with the insurer that I had taken out with the ticket and still have not heard anything from them either! I'm due to travel next month and need to replace the damaged luggage and am very angry as no one is getting back to me! Please Help!
