No respect for my belongings - damaged bag

Good day,

I travelled to cape town last week and spent 2 nights in cape town. On my return flight I went to collect my luggage back and found it damaged severely at one wheel and it could not stand upright. I went to the Safair desk at domestic departures and they requested me to report the problem on Safairs watsapp. I have reported it twice now with pictures but no response. It is really disappointing how baggage is being handled and luggage bags are expensive. This is a total lack of respect for another person's belongings. I am also more disappointed that it is a struggle to report the damage and even worse that i am not being acknowledged for the problem. It is sad that i had to get to this platform to hope to get a favorable response.
