NO REFUNDS DUE TO COVID

I tried to cancel a trip that I booked through My Trip with FlySafair. They only send me on My trip which has not helped at all since 10 Dec 2020. I paid for tickets for a flight on 27 and 30 Dec which could not happen due to lock down regulations. No one seems to be willing or able to provide any help!
