"No Refund Policy, No Extra's Policy" on a No Cheap Flight

<p><br />I will never recommend your airline to others. Even though your flights are affordable and that is what you're known for. <br />My flight was R1350 and you were unable to assist me with a voucher to not loose my money, you call center simply said "look at our no refund policy " and this was 3 days before the actual flight. <br />If it was a low budget flight I would have understood, but its 3x more than your "cheap flights" you advertise.</p>
