No refund for miss flight

SaFair - on a one way flight to Cape Town from Johannesburg on 11 February 2023, leaving 05:55AM - The flight gate closed 10 minutes early. No refund was given for the miss flight. Upon rebooking a new flight not even a discount was given, Service sucks will never use this airline again.
