No refund for COVID tickets - DISGUSTING!

Absolutely disgusted by the fact that Flysafair will refund you with a 45% cancellation fee for flights purchased over COVID lockdown period. If your voucher expires, then you lose it completely, and your voucher is only valid for a year. To have a refund, you need to accept a 45% cancellation fee? DISGUSTING! So many other airlines refund their clients, due to lockdown. Not Safair! Will never use this airline again. Disgusting that you can do this to clients who are unable to make use of their tickets bought due to Lockdown!!!
