NO REFUND COVID19

I made a booking for April 2020. Due to the covid19, I had to cancel. I understand that (too bad to sad), BUT THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY BACK AS I CANNOT GO ANOTHER TIME. 45% CANCELLATION FEE. It is not my fault covid19 happened. Disgusted. Handled very poorly.
