No Refund - Covid-19

I CAN'T BELIEVE THE WHOLE NATION CAN STAND TOGETHER DURING CORONA BUT FLYSAFAIR STILL TRIES TO ***** US OVER! I am very disappointed that I had NO control over my flight that was cancelled as it falls in the lockdown period, but I don't get a refund?? The flight wasn't for a holiday, it was a once-off ticket that I bought for a wedding, I'm not planning on flying again! So now my only option is a voucher that I am not going to use? AND your website says the voucher is valid for 12 months but on the FB chat you say only 6 months? Disappointed in how you handled the whole COVID-19 thing. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
