NO REFUND!

I will have to definitely think again before using Safair next year when I and my family of 6 try to rebook our holiday to RSA! Yes, there's a pandemic, yes it's terrible for every individual and every organisation BUT BUSINESSES NEED TO RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! Safair currently has £744.84 of my money. I requested a refund and have had nil response. Other airlines are refunding, those are the airlines I will book with next year!
