No provision made for Birthday special

I find it very hard to believe that a company of your type could promote such an awesome special without making provision for high call volumes and online bookings. It is impossible to make a booking, when you eventually manage to go onto your website, it just kicks you off once you click on something. When i try calling you, you hold forever and then line cuts out and . I truely think that this is unfair and that you should have made provision for this!! I was looking forward to surprise my family living in Cape Town!
