No One has a clue

Left my wallet on a flight yesterday. Ran back to the chech in at arrival airport where no one has a clue on what to do. Ticket sales office was rude. No feedback given. No customer care details on website. Sent from pillar to post, lost and found, ticket sales etc NO ONE HAS A CLUE. What is even worse, is that both arrival airport and departure airport have in correct details for contacts at this company. No one took an interest, still no feedback, still no wallet.
