No empathy for the elderly and sick

Disgusting airline that i will never be using again and will not use for business either. We booked a flight for my 66 year old pensioner mother, who flew to Durban to get a knee replacement surgery done,her ticket was booked and stipulated wheelchair. The opp was done 2 weeks ago and she was now returning to jhb, the disgusting airline refused to let her wheelchair on board claiming the limit of 4 had been reached. They made the whole process difficult for her placing her under more stress and pain as she then had to walk with fresh wound, on crutches to the seat. Cleary this airline plans poorly and has no empathy for elderly and the sick. Disgusting!!!
