No customer service they just care about taking your money!!!

I just booked a flight to Durban from Lanseria WY6PET I clearly check my dates and booked 27 September 2021 return 30. Booking came back as 29 September 2021 I then changed my flight to 27 September and was charged R694 for the date error (that was clearly not my fault!) Ticket for the 27th booking come back with one name short now I must pay another R300 to add my second name as per ID!!! Dear Lord flight services in south Africa are the worst last year I forfeited R14000 on another service provider Clearly these people are taking us for a ride literally...!!!
