No customer service

Worst ever!!! Do not use them there is no customer service i have never ever been treated so badly their flught tickets is super expensive and we were not helped when we missed our flight they did not suggest giving our money bavl and said there was a flight only in three days again to Capetown in that hour they waisted our time we were prepared to leave pur luggage behind so we can catch pur flight back to Capetown from OR tambo we actually saved so long just to see pur kids in JHB no one assisted in the hour that was still left to check in they advised not a word that we could still be refunded bit just saod no we only have a flight available on three days, that was the worae aervice ever pur flught from CPT was also bad alot of tubulance and rude staff on Safair We had to make a loan for a return flight with SAA which we can refer to anyone amazing staff and a wonderful comfortable flight SAFAIR shpuld be avoided at all cost !!
